IMG_20200428_215126

During my college (Hotel mgmt) days.We (students))used to often go to Hotel Taj for waiting(To work as assistants,to gain experience )after college hours. At times we used to reach churchgate station at late night to catch the last train to come back home, if we had some time in hand before the train comes,we would rush to have Bhurji pav…sold outside churchgate station, this is way back in 1995 or 1996,but i can still remember the taste of that Bhurji. That would be the only stall open at that hour of night  with just 2 guys catering to so many people. People used to gather in crowds to have bhurji pav………..and the bhurji was out of this world.I would someday love to go and check if this stall still exists…..
