1 cup Rice.
50 gms Moong dal.
50 gms Udad dal.
50 gms Chana dal.
1/2 cup Dahi (curds)
2 tsp Green chili,Ginger & Garlic paste.
1/2 cup chopped Corriander leaves
Salt to taste.
2 tbsp Oil.
Wash and soak all the dals and rice together for 4 hours.
Grind to a smooth paste.Add dahi and green chilli,ginger and garlic paste.
Mix well.Add salt and chopped corriander leaves.
Heat a nonstick griddle.Smear it with little oil.
Stir and pour the batter spreading on the griddle in a circular motion.(from center of the griddle ).
Cook on medium flame,flip over to cook on other side.
Repeat the process to make some more dosas.
Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
