Idli Fry

Its an easy to make yummy and healthy snack.Kids love it.

Ingredients:

4 steamed idlis (See rice idli recipe in snacks categorie) .

1 tbsp oil.

1/4 tsp Red  chilli powder.

1/4 tsp Black pepper powder.

Salt to taste.

Method:

Cut idlis into long pieces,make 5 pieces out of one idli.

Heat a non stick frying pan,add oil.

Place idlis on it,sprinkle chilli powder,black pepper powder and salt.

Roast till crisp on one side,flip over and cook till crisp on other side.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
