Spicy Masala Eggs


This easy ti make egg preparation can be served with anything,tastes good even with plain Dal rice.

I usually  serve them as starters by inserting toothpick in them.


4 boiled Eggs.

1 tbsp Oil.

1/4 tsp Chilli Powder.

1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder.

1/4 tsp freashly ground Black Pepper.

1/2 tsp Chat Masala.

Salt to taste.

chopped Corrinder leaves for garnishing.(Optional)

Thinly sliced Green Chillies (optional)


Boil,peel and cut eggs into half.

Heat oil in a pan,add turmeric powder and chilli powder,add eggs cut side placing down.

cook for a minute or two on slow flame,turn around,sprinkle salt and pepper powder,cook for another minute or two.

Remove in a plate and garnish with chopped corriander leaves and green chillies.(Optional).

Serve hot.
