Italian Style Baby Potato

This is a simple to make dish which goes very well as side dish with pasta or Garlic bread.Kids just love it..

Here I have used fresh parsley if same is not available,you can use coriander leaves instead.


3 cups boiled and peeled Potatoes(baby potatoes)

1 cup Fresh Crean

1/2 cup grated Cheese

2 tbsp Butter.

1 tsp Oregano.

2 tsp Chilli flakes.

1 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped finely.

Salt and Pepper powder to taste.

2 tbsp chopped Corriander leaves/Parsley.


Cut the baby potatoes into halves and keep aside.

Heat the butter in a thick bottomed pan,add the potatoes,salt and black pepper powder and cookon a high flame for 5 to 7 minutes,stirring occasionally.

IMG_20200605_203942Add the cream and cook on a slow flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add cheese,Oregano,chilli flakes and cook on a medium flame for a minute or two.Add chopped parsley leaves,mix well.

Serve immediately.
