Dum Aloo



This is easy to make 3 step vegetable made using maggi bhuna masala-Korma.


250 gms Baby potatoes(peeled,boiled and fried till golden brown)

1 packet Maggi bhuna masala-Korma.

1 tbsp Ghee.

2 Green chillies (chopped)

1 tsp Jeera.

1/2 tsp Haldi powder.

1 tsp Chilli powder.

1/2  tsp Dhana powder.

3 tbsp Beaten Curds.

2 tbsp Cream ( optional)

Salt to taste.


Clean,peel and boil baby potatoes in salt water for 5 minutes,remove drain and fry(deep /shallow) in oil till brown.




Keep aside.

In a pan heat ghee,add jeera and green chillies.

Add chilli powder,haldi powder and dhana powder,mix well add 2 tbsp water.

Add  baby potatoes(peeled,boiled and fried till golden brown),mix well,now add salt and beaten curd,let cook for 2 minutes.

Mix together 1 packet of maggi bhuna masala-Korma. 1n 2 cup of water,add to the potato and curd mixture,mix well cover and cook for 5 minutes on slow flame.

Add cream,mix well.

Serve hot with phulka or paratha of your choice.
