Sprouts are a great source of protein,Iron and vitamin C.This is an easy to make healthy snacks.
2 cups Sprouted Moong.
2 tbsp Rice.(washed,soaked for 2 hours and drained)
2 Green chilli.
1 inch Ginger piece.
1 tsp Jeera.
Salt to taste.
2 tbsp chopped Corriander leaves.
4 tbsp Oil.
In a mixie jar,mix together sprouted moongs and rice,along with green chilli,ginger and garlic paste.
Adding little water,grind to a smooth paste,consistency should be like dosa batter.
Remove in a bowl,add salt and chopped corriander leaves,mix well.
Heat and grease a non-stick tava (griddle) with a little oil. Pour a small ladleful of the batter on the tava and spread it evenly by moving the pan in a circular motion to make a chila .
Drizzle a little oil on the sides and allow it to cook. When the chila is lightly browned, flip to the other side and cook again till it is golden brown in colour.
Repeat to make more chilas. Serve hot with the chutney of your choice.

1/2 cup sprouted whole Moong

1/4 tsp Haldi powder.
1/4 tsp Asafoetida.
1 tsp Lemon juice.
Salt to taste.
Mix sprouted moong and rice together,keep aside.
In a thick bottomed pressure pan,heat oil,add asafoetida,now add drained rice and sprouted moong,add salt and haldi powder,mix well.
Add 3 cups of boiling hot water,mix well.
cover and cook on high for 2 whistles,slower the flame and cook further till 3 more whistles.
Once the steam is released,open the lid add ghee and lime juice.
Serve hot with Curd,pickle and papad.

2 cups fried Noodles (easily available in market)
1/2 cup thinly sliced Capsicum
1/2 cup shredded Cabbage
1/2 cup thinly sliced Carrot.
1/4 cup thinly sliced Onions.
1/4 cup boiled Corns.
1/4 cup Schezwan Sauce.
In a big bowl take fried noodles.
Add shredded vegetables.
Add sauce and mix well.
Remove in a bowl and serve immediately.
Tip-You can also add little tomato ketchup if you want to make it less spicy.
