Few days back Sanjana had gone for a movie and bought home a tub full of chocolate Caramel Popcorns, they were so yummy, we all just hogged on it…so tried to make it at home and…..it was yummy! !!
1 Packet Active pop corn.
4 tbsp Sugar.
1 tbsp Butter.
1/2 cup Melted Chocolate
In a thick bottom pan empty packet of active popcorn, cover and keep on medium flame till all kernels are popped up, and the popping sound stops.Remove from flame and Keep aside.
In another pan heat sugar on low flame, once the sugar melts completely add 1 tbsp water, sugar will turn into brown syrup,
Now add butter and mix well.
Pour this caramel syrup on prepared popcorns and mix vigorously.
Place chocolate in a microwave safe bowl,and heat in microwave on high for 30 secs.
Pour mElfed chocolate on prepared popcorns. Mis well.
Store in air tight container and serve as required.
