This is ready to make healthy breakfast option,you can carry this in tiffin to work ,this can be made more healthy and filling by adding chopped onions,tomatoes, cucumber,corns to this dry mixture…..along with pudina and khajoor chutney.
ingredients :
2 cups Kurmura.
2 cups Wheat Flakes.wheat flakes are easily available in market.
1/4 cup roasted Peanuts.
1/4 cup Daliya.
1/4 cup Nylon Sev.
1 tbsp Oil.
1 tsp Rai.
1 tsp Jeera.
1 tsp Badishep (aniseeds)
1 tsp Sugar.
1/8 tsp Asafoetida
1/8 tsp Haldi.
8 leaves curry patta.
1 tsp Chilli Powder.
2 tsp Chat Masala.
Salt to taste.
Method:
In a big,thick bottom pan heat oil.
Add Rai, jeera,asafoetida, badishep,curry leaves and stir for a minute.
Add peanuts and Daliya, stir fry for a min,add sugar,mix well.
Add kurmura and Wheat Flakes , add haldi, chilli powder,salt and chat masala.
Mix well.Roast till kurmura become crispy.
Spread on paper.
Let it cool completely.
Store in air tight jar.
