Methi Dal

Ingredients: 1 Cup tur dal (Soaked in two cups of water for 2 hours). 1 Tomato chopped. 1  Onion chopped. 1 cup chopped Methi(Fenugreek) leaves. 2-3 Green chillies. 5 cloves crushed Garlic. 1 tbsp oil. 1 tsp mustard seeds. 1 tsp jeera. 1/2 tsp asafoetida. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
