Kela (Ripe Banana) Malpua

Ingredients:

1 cup Maida/Wheat Flour.

1/2 cup grated Jaggery.

1 ripe Banana.

1/2 tsp Cardamom powder.

1 pinch Salt.

1/2 cup Ghee.

Method:

In a bowl mix together grated jaggery,mashed banana,maida or wheat flour and water.

Mix well using hand blender.Add salt and Cardamom powder.

Consistency of batter should be like dosa batter.

Heat ghee in a pan,make pancake with the batter.

Turn around and cook from both the sides,till crisp.

Serve Hot.
